Tablescaping

For Christmas we just moved to another room for a more intimate day! Love the red and green everywhere! A bit more Christmassy today!

This was our table this year at Thanksgiving. We had dinner on Saturday. We have a very small family, so we easily fit at 1 table. But I love live plants on the table. I don't know why but it just is so homey! So Christmassy on Turkey Day!

These are the tables from the Outstanding in the Field experience from a couple weeks ago. Everyone stayed tuned because when the 2012 dates are announced you will have less than 24 hours to get in on this. It will sell out in a day. Hopefully it will
be out here in the suburbs again.

They had everything perfect. We are using some of their ideas for our next For the Love of the Dish day.

Tom and I are in the process of setting up an outdoor
event in the forest in the back of our house..

Stay tuned for more on that. We're planning a couple get togethers before winter!!

There were almost 150 guests and probably
50 plus cooks, servers and who knows who else!!

Right into the night!

This was the table for a party we had in Cabo, it was so beautiful. Not just because my favorite color is red but it
 was really done to perfection.

Nothing was left out!

I just loved this charger.

These were also in Cabo - they a great job making sure everything was perfect.

I have so many holiday themed items in my prop closet/basement. Why should 4th of July be any different? I was having a few friends over last weekend so I decided to put something together to make it festive! I am not kidding, it is easy, this took me 5 minutes and it instantly made the day feel special. So the next occasion you have, look around your house, you'll find something to use. I like to layer and have different levels so everything is not flat across the table.
