If you know Tom, you know that it's never going to be about the grill, its all about his new outdoor stainless "kitchen" and the work surface!!
Until Tom and I start up again on perfecting the Asado, which is a South American way of cooking outside over an open pit, all grilling is done here. More on that Asado later!!
