Shrimp in a bag

We found this dish at 55 South a restaurant in Franklin, TN It was great and to easy to prepare. Although we have tried it many times with several variations, this is the bomb. May not seem like enough liquid but the shrimp will reduce and it will be fabulous.

1 bag will be plenty for 2:

10-12 good size raw shrimp
3T unsalted butter
1t Old Bay
5 cloves of garlic minced
2 T Louisiana hot sauce
1T chives
1t lemon juice
1t hot paprika if you have it. Sweet will work too.

Melt the butter and pour into a good size plastic bag.  Not a ziplock. Add all of the other ingredients and loosely tie a knot in the bag, get most of the air out. Drop the bag into boiling water and
boil for 4 minutes. Use a deep pot with plenty of water.

Remove from the pot and pour into a bowl. Get some good bread for dipping and you are all set!
